An exciting opportunity exists to join our award-winning dealership as a Truck Sales Coordinator. This role is accountable for ensuring the efficient coordination of the Sales Department, focussing on support to both our customers and Sales Team.
The Role:
- An all-rounder who can provide support to the Sales Team and customers with administration tasks, coordination of truck movements and deliveries.
- Maintain and distribute accurate sales information to the team and update pipeline reporting.
- Support the Sales Team with customer interactions, including updating them on sales information and responding to queries.
- Be first point of contact with the workshop for pre-delivery requirements.
- Liaise with sub-contractors, suppliers and customers.
What you will need:
- A commitment to all areas of safety, ensuring a safe environment for yourself and work mates.
- Experience in customer service and administration, gained in a hands-on operational environment, preferably within a sales environment.
- Previous administration experience.
- Possess a general understanding of the range of our range of vehicles or be willing to learn.
- Great communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships both internally and externally.
- Have a high level of professionalism with a can-do attitude.
- Current Driver’s Licence.
