Your new role
- Administrative Coordination:
- Managing the day-to-day Admin tasks is required at the university.
- Monitor and manage changes in rosters, including cancellations, rescheduling, and emergency requests.
- Maintain staff attendance preferences and ensure accurate timesheets' submission.
- Effective Communication:
- Foster a culture of knowledge sharing within the team.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Understand team dynamics and individual employee preferences.
- Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in designated rostering software.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- The ability to adapt to an ever-changing work environment.
What you'll need to succeed
- Extensive administration experience in the education sector
- Valid police clearance
- Ability to obtain and maintain a paid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
