We're in search of a seasoned Beverage Manager, with a track record of excellence, ideally in a high-volume cocktail setting. Your qualifications should include:

• A wealth of knowledge in the realms of mixology, spirits, and wine, coupled with a knack for crafting one-of-a-kind, irresistible cocktails.
• A powerhouse of leadership, possessing the ability to galvanize and ignite a diverse team to reach new heights.
• A virtuoso in the art of customer service and interpersonal finesse, radiating a friendly and welcoming aura.
• Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in managing inventory, analysing sales data, and controlling costs.
• A tech-savvy individual who is familiar with Point of Sale (POS) systems and bar-related software.

• Possession of the requisite certification in Responsible Service of Alcohol, as a testament to your commitment to safety and excellence.
