Applejack + URBNSURF Sydney sits on a 3.6-hectare site and will accommodate up to 1,400 daily visitors, 7 days a week. While URBNSURF will manage the world-class Wave Garden technology and park operation, Applejack will manage the hospitality which will include.
This Venue Manager role will have full accountability of our RAFI restaurant, reporting directly to the Precinct General Manager.
- 200-seat premium restaurant and terrace cocktail bar with panoramic views of the wave garden and board riders.
- Much like our North Sydney venue, the menu will celebrate freshness and seasonality, with a focus on responsibly sourced seafood, vegetables, grass-fed beef and lamb, all prepared over a charcoal grill to enjoy shared.
