The role:
We are now hiring a Warehouse Office Administrator in a hybrid role which would see you spend half of your time in the office as well as assisting with pick packing/warehouse duties. Joining our team located in Tullamarine, Victoria. Reporting to the Warehouse Operations Manager this role includes the following tasks, but not limited to.
- Receipting of goods
- Process sales orders
- Process purchase orders
- Book in logistics transport
- Stock transfers and issuing
- Generate reports
- Data entry into our system
- Other duties related to this role when requested
- Pick packing
To be successful, it is recommended to have:
- Data entry experience
- Administration experience in a warehouse environment 2+ years
- A basic understanding of inventory control
- Experience using MS Office (Outlook/Word/Excel)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- Be able to work with a sense of urgency in a fast-moving warehouse environment
- Logistics experience
- Ability to Follow Processes & Procedures
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Strong Organisation Skills
- Forklift licence desirable but not necessary
