The role:

We are now hiring a Warehouse Office Administrator in a hybrid role which would see you spend half of your time in the office as well as assisting with pick packing/warehouse duties. Joining our team located in Tullamarine, Victoria. Reporting to the Warehouse Operations Manager this role includes the following tasks, but not limited to.

• Receipting of goods
• Process sales orders 
• Process purchase orders 
• Book in logistics transport
• Stock transfers and issuing
• Generate reports
• Data entry into our system
• Other duties related to this role when requested
• Pick packing

 To be successful, it is recommended to have:

• Data entry experience
• Administration experience in a warehouse environment 2+ years
• A basic understanding of inventory control
• Experience using MS Office (Outlook/Word/Excel)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
• Be able to work with a sense of urgency in a fast-moving warehouse environment
• Logistics experience
• Ability to Follow Processes & Procedures 
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Strong Organisation Skills
• Forklift licence desirable but not necessary
