Form of workWarner Lakes Family practice is seeking a practice nurse to join our friendly team. Our treatment room is busy and supports five GPs. This position has a broad scope and requires someone with experience in all areas of general practice.
We are seeking an RN or EN with excellent organisational, communication and clinical skills.
The successful candidate will have:
current registration with AHPRA
knowledge of Best Practice (advantageous but not essential)
ability to work in a team environment or autonomously, where necessary.
Key duties:
childhood / adult immunisations
wound management
assisting with procedures
infection control
ECG / Spirometry
IV infusions
