We are seeking Wellbeing Officers who value having a positive impact on students and their communities. The role holds responsibility for creating a safe and engaging environment for students to learn and thrive.
Foundation College
Foundation College is an independent school educating young people aged 15-18 who may have experienced barriers to learning. Foundation College offers Victorian Pathway Certificate as a pre-VCE option, as well as the VCE Vocational Major for years 11 and 12 on two campuses: Casey (Narre Warren) and Peninsula (Frankston).
Wellbeing Team Foundation College
Our Wellbeing Team support our education team to provide a holistic approach that enables our students to reach their educational and personal potential. Through positive teaching practices and a strong Wellbeing focus, the College curriculum supports the development of resilience and self-empowerment.

Your Skills and Experience
Our ideal candidate will have a genuine desire to support the growth of our students and make a meaningful difference in their lives by providing a holistic approach that supports the building of resilience.
Requirements for the role will be to hold an appropriate qualification in counselling, youth work or similar with a minimum of three years’ experience preferably in an education setting or working with young people who have experienced barriers to learning.
The successful candidate must hold a current Working With Childrens (Employee) Card.

Remuneration
Starting Salary $74,871 - $91,043 (FTE)
Conditions of Employment
- The appointment of the successful applicant will be made subject to satisfactory pre-employment conditions check.
- A probationary period may apply during the first year of employment and induction and support programs provided.
- Must hold a current WWC (Employee) Card.
- Willing to work between both campuses to support our wellbeing team.
