Backed by one of Australia’s largest health insurance companies, this organisation consists of 60 + medical centres. With the practices operating autonomously, they are facilitated by this health organisations processes and practices.

The Role:
- Reporting to the CPO, this is a standalone role in WHS. Your responsibilities will include:
- Analyse current methods and cultivate strong relationships.
- Develop sustainable processes and templates.
- Ensure the business is compliant with relevant WHS legislation and regulations.
- Internal audits and relevant reporting.
- Coaching contractors on WHS obligations and Safety.
- Previous experience in a similar role is required.
- Comprehensive understanding of WHS legislation, Codes of Practice, and guidelines.
- Strong influencing and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders across all levels.
