The Productivity and
Workforce Planning Leader is accountable for supporting workforce effectiveness
and Productivity outcomes across National Assessing.The position plays a critical role overseeing the use of productivity technical assets (Enlighten) in ASCO and Assessing, supporting leaders in maintaining relevant productivity practices, and proactively identifying operational, process and system opportunities to improve productivity outcomes.
What you'll do- Successful implementation and embedment of Motor Claims productivity strategies and assets, whilst advocating a positive change culture. This includes ability to recognise, understand and support need for change and anticipate the impact on teams
- Drive relevant productivity practices and support incident investigation, process and system remediation as required. This may include system changes and maintenance (e.g. teams, skills, agent, groups)
- Proactively identify operational, process and system opportunities to improve productivity outcomes
- Produce high quality reporting, analysis and insights relating to workforce productivity, effectiveness, and efficiency outputs, including raising/reporting performance risks to National Assessing Leadership team
- Provide high-level support to National Assessment leadership team in operationalising the business strategy
- Apply governance practices and controls to ensure activity timings and related productivity metrics remain relevant
What you'll bring- Previous experience in workforce management/productivity
- Project delivery experience
- Previous business improvement and change management experience
- Background within Insurance
