Do you want to work for an organisation with a positive work culture where you will be part of a team supporting and inspiring you to achieve your best? Do you want to help young people in our community and be rewarded with more than just your pay?
At ETC we take care of our people and offer training and progression opportunities PLUS a huge range of staff benefits including salary packaging, paid birthday leave, a staff incentive program and more. You get all this, while helping to make a difference in the lives of young people in our community.
Enterprise & Training Company Limited (ETC) are looking for a passionate, committed, and engaging Youth Advisor. You will be working in the Transition to Work (TTW) Program, which provides support and coaching to youth (age 15-24) to develop the skills needed to move towards obtaining sustainable employment or training outcomes. This is a full-time position with the added benefit of a monthly accrued day off, based at our Maroochydore office.
Youth Advisors provide education, coaching and support for young people to help them develop the skills, attitudes and behaviours expected by employers while assessing any barriers they have to employment. This is done through the facilitation of one-on-one appointments and group sessions. This role is office based and involves a substantial amount of administration work.
Are you the person we are looking for?
You thrive in a team, can have fun at work and are genuinely passionate about empowering others and making a positive impact in your community. Most of all, you have a genuine drive to see young people succeed.

- A recent, clear National Police Check
