My client is an established national transport organisation based in Laverton. Due to growth and an exciting win of a new client we are seeking an Administration Assistant to join the invoicing team on a Temporary basis with the view to permanency for the right person
Monday to Friday 6am to 2pm

In this role, you will be responsible for
- Processing of orders & invoices usingExcel
- High volume data entry
- Assisting in providing customer service to transport customers
- Liaising with freight companies and warehouse staff
- Communicate in a professional manner
- Follow-up on required documentation within a required timeframe
- Contribute to the overall teams' success
