About the company & role: An award-winning international Automation & Software as a Service (SaaS) vendor is seeking an Account Manager to join their growing sales team!
This exciting opportunity will see you sell a range of complex solutions from Software (SaaS), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Robotics, as manage a portfolio of accounts across Manufacturing, Wholesale, Retail, FMCG, and Logistics. You’ll be responsible for all account renewals, and expansion (up/cross sell) opportunities.
The business is well established in Australia and hosts a local marketing and presales function to support you on all expansion opportunities. You’ll also have the opportunity to travel nationally and internationally to key industry events where this vendor has a large presence.
Responsibilities:
Manage an existing portfolio of accounts
Handle all account renewals
Identify growth opportunities within your portfolio
Conduct regular healthcecks on your accounts and ensure customers and utilizing solutions to their full potential

About you:
Have 3+ years sales experience selling SaaS Solutions
Experience across Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus
Experience managing portfolios of $3m+
Experience Selling into Manufacturing, Retail, FMCG, Logistics, Warehousing is a plus
Possess a track record of meeting and exceeding renewals & expansion sales targets.
Willing to travel nationally, and internationally when required (60% travel)
