Arch Project Group Pty Ltd is insurance assessed construction company. The business is located at 743 Fifteenth St in Mildura, VIC.
We are now seeking an experienced and professional Finance Manager to join our team. This position will play a key role in the organisation’s funding strategy and long-term financial security.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance / Economics, or have at least five (5) years of relevant work experience in the role.
As a Finance Manager at Arch Project Group, your everyday responsibilities will include:
• Collaboratively with the Executive Team, assess and analyse financial reports, including develop and execute accounting policies, financial strategies and plans to meet the needs of the organisation;
• Overseeing the accounting systems and the preparation of financial reports of the organisation, including the lodgement of Business Activity Statements, Payroll Tax and other relevant reports to relevant government organisations;
• Analyse the financial health of the organisation and advise the management accordingly, including provide insights to the management interpreting the implications for business performance and funding requirements;
• Prepare and analyse budgets and financial reports, including prepare long-term forecasts to the management;
• Ensure compliance with Australian financial standards.
In addition, the right candidate will be required to:
· Proven industry-focused knowledge and insights;
· Strong communication and presentation skills;
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
· Reliability and punctuality with a strong work ethic.
This is a full-time position offering a generous salary between $65,000 to $75,000 plus superannuation to the right candidate (depending on experience).
