Travel
Please note this role will have a requirement to travel overseas a few times throughout the year to attend conferences and for network opportunities.
Tasks & responsibilities
This role is responsible for supporting the sales team to drive revenue growth through our agent networks, exploring new opportunities, establishing new relationships and nurturing existing ones.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned agent network accounts.
- Gain new leads and business through referrals and proactive client engagement.
- Develop and execute sales and partnership strategies to drive business growth.
- Forge strong long-term partnerships with those in our agent network.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing and internal teams to ensure seamless processes and experiences for our agent network.
- Proactively identify, address and resolve agent concerns, network claims, inquiries and requests promptly.
- Assist with preparing quotes and proposals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, communications, and account activities in our various systems.
- Develop and execute sales and partnership strategies to drive business growth.
Qualifications & experience
- Proven experience in an account management, sales or business development role.
- Experience in quoting, negotiating and managing strategic partnerships.
- Self-motivated, passionate, proactive and a positive attitude.
- High Attention to detail and well-organised.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and phone etiquette.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven office environment.
- Exceptional Customer Service skills and follow-up.
