As our new dedicated Account Manager, you will enjoy collaborating and being responsible for managing one of our key client portfolios.
The business is a growing located in the Sutherland Shire, we are only a short walk from public transport.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of various facilities maintenance sites, including scheduling, dispatching, invoicing and job assignment.
- Ensure client relationships are managed and upheld to the highest of standards by liaising daily both over the phone and face-to-face
- Prepare reports and present monthly
- Oversee and mentor your team of service coordinators, provide ongoing training
- Handle all escalations promptly and with professionalism
- Introduce process improvements, problem-solve and build strong and trusting relationships both internally and externally
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in an Account Management role.
- Background in facilities management, logistics, real estate, or similar industries will be highly regarded.
- Sound commercial acumen and business development.
- Exposure to managing multiple teams across multiple sites and client relationships will be highly regarded.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Experience working with various systems
