The Role
Reporting to the State Sales Manager WA and working from a home based office, you will be an experienced and unique sales professional with the skills and ability to join and compliment our existing Perth based SaIes team.
The role has an existing territory and customer base including power tool specialists, hire companies, hardware groups, Corporates/individuals, industrial supply merchants, outdoor power equipment specialists and electric/petrol equipment service agents.
Your ability to develop and maintain successful, long-term business relationships will be instrumental to your success. You will be flexible enough to be part of a team yet work autonomously as and when required.
Previous experience in a similar position would be a significant advantage in securing this position.

You will be primarily responsible for:
- current sales as well as new business growth;
- achievement of sales targets with the ability to manage sales cycles/routes;
- maintaining and developing strong business relationships with customers, colleagues and peers.
In addition, you will be involved in product merchandising, client and consumer product training/presentations, implementation of all promotional activity, launch of new products along with active participation in Trade Shows/Demonstrations for end users.
What skills and experience will you bring to this role?
- 3-5 years on-the-road sales experience (essential);
- Extensive knowledge/use of power tools & accessories and outdoor power equipment;
- Ability to meet sales targets by influencing and negotiating in turn building successful, long term business relationships;
- Clear and precise communication skills together with the ability to learn and understand technical product;
- Highly organised and able to manage/prioritise workload whilst sticking to deadlines;
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills;
- Flexible enough to be part of a team yet work autonomously from a home based office.
