Address- Management of accounts payable/receivable.
- Management of bank reconciliation process.
- Management of credit card transaction processing and reconciliation.
- Liaise with external organisations that provide financial related services.
- Compliance with government/tax time-based reporting requirements.
- Provision of fully audited accounts within agreed time frames from year-end.
- Preparation and processing of fortnightly payroll accurately and in accordance with employment law and standards.
- Recently qualified CPA or pursuing this
- Tertiary qualification in accounting, finance or similar
- Assembly or Manufacturing business knowledge or experience, desirable.
- 3-5 years experience in in Accounting/Finance roles
- Knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards, GST Law, and Corporations Act regulations.
- Advanced IT skills - familiarity with ERP management software (SAP B1 ideal), Power BI and MS Excel.
