HealthX has a great opportunity for someone with accounting background to join our Corporate Service team.The position:

• Full time position based in our Brisbane head office
• Rewarding role
• Remuneration between $75,000 to $90,000 per annum, plus superannuation
• Integral part of our Corporate Service team

Duties and responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and timely monthly and annual financial statements and reports in accordance with scheduled requirements
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Audit preparation and support
• Process improvement and actively participate in quality improvement
• Maintain internal control systems
• Tax compliance
• Financial management
• Provide supervision and support to account officers and assistant accountant

The be the best candidate for this role, you'll need to have:

• Minimum 3 years' post qualification accountant experience
• Must have a bachelor's degree or masters qualification in Accounting
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to produce financial data that is clear and concise
• Proven ability to take on challenges and work effectively in a dynamic and fluid work environment
• Highly developed Microsoft Office skills
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently and part of a collaborative team
