Seeking a confident, trustworthy and reliable individual on a full time basis to manage administration and accounting responsibilities for a small business.
We are a construction firm with builds all over SE QLD, based here in Toowooomba with a great, young and driven team - seeking someone to manage the below key responsibilities as follows:
- xero reconciling and entering
- payrun weekly
- spreadsheet data entry
- monthly reports for builds
- run around jobs for the carpenters and apprentices such as picking up tiles on occasion etc.
- assist both directors with a variety of jobs, different week to week
- organising staff christmas parties and mid year celebration events
We have a great office near the city. Hours would be 8am to 4pm with option of flexibility if needed, which can be discussed at the interview stage. The entire team is under the age of 40, but all very hard working and a great, close knit environment.
