This fast growing, highly diversified Financial Services Provider offer wealth management and accountancy services to a diverse client base. Due to organic growth, there exists an exciting new job for an ambitious Accounts Assistant.
Your new role
- Assisting with setting up SMSF for new clients. From start to finish.
- Management of client information through compliance portals such as ASIC and ATO.
- Correspondence with clients.
- Liaising with third party suppliers.
- Handling inbound client enquiries.
- Assisting with invoicing clients for services.
- Assisting the Head of Accounts with accounting tasks.
- Ad hoc administration duties with your team.
What you'll need to succeed
- Must be an Australian Citizen and able to pass a Police Check.
- Full working rights.
- A minimum of 12-18 months experience in Administration including invoicing exposure.
- Excellent communication skills including customer services (ability to answer phone calls from clients).
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite - Word, Excel.
