An exciting opportunity is now available for a multi-skilled Office Administrator to join our team - located in Croydon, Victoria.
The successful applicant will join our team and will be expected to work with minimum supervision.
To be considered for this position, candidates must have:
- Experience in reconciliation of accounts, including accounts payable/ receivable and BAS
- Ability to provide administrative support to the CEO and management team
- Prior experience with data entry, filling documents and other general administrative tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer literacy skills
- A positive can-do attitude and reliable employment history
- Be committed, motivated and demonstrate excellent time-management skills
- Experience with end-to-end payroll processing, IAS and payroll tax would be advantageous
Expected Hours of work:
Permanent full-time position.
8.30am – 5.00pm Monday – Thursday, and 8.30am – 3.00pm Friday.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bookkeeping experience or relevant qualification.
