We are looking for an experienced and diligent Accounts Officer to join our growing team in a part-time capacity - 3 days per week. Reporting to the Accounts Supervisor, the ideal candidate will have experience in accounts payable and receivable. This is an exciting new part-time position in a growing business with Tuesday and Wednesday being set days and the potential for hours to increase in the near future.

The Responsibility
- Accounts Payable - processing of supplier invoices and weekly payment run.
- Account Receivable - supporting the Accounts Supervisor as required generating invoices and receipts.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Managing multiple accounts inboxes.
About You
- Minimum 2 years accounts experience, particularly with accounts payable and a high volume of invoicing.
- Proven capability to meet accounts requirements, deadlines and accuracy with weekly accounts payable runs.
- Excellent computer skills, and experience with Microsoft Excel, Xero and Lightyear is desirable.
