Accounts Officer
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Officer who is reliable and works well as part of a small finance team due to our ongoing growth.
Duties will include, but not be limited to
- Processing of timesheets
- Accounts Payable/ some Accounts Receivable in due course
- Data entry
- Month-end processing and reporting
- Admin Adhoc duties
Skills & Experience
- 2 years minimum experience in finance teams
- Xero experience is a must
- Proficient in excel
- Willingness to learn new software
- Simpro experience not required but highly thought of
- High attention to detail
- Excellent time management, communication and organisational skills
- Exposure to the construction industry an advantage
Remuneration will be negotiated with the successful applicant based on qualifications and experience. For the right candidate, this position will have room to grow and to become an integral part of the finance team. The is an office based position and not WFH.
