About the role
We are looking for a passionate Accounts officer to join our team fulltime with flexibility to be part time of 30 plus hours.
Reporting to the Finance Manager this role will take on all AP related duties and be the go-to person for this area.

Duties include:
- Processing supplier invoices ensuring they are assigned to the correct cost center
- Processing invoice payment runs
- Assisting Operations with Work Bill and Stock Order supplier invoices.
- Reconcile Monthly Supplier Statements
- Completing bank reconciliation at end of month
- Assist with EOM processes as required
- Conduct an analysis of supplier invoices to ensure where applicable there is revenue allocated against cost and escalate to management any invoices that may not align
- Clarify any questionable invoice items and prices
- Support Office Operations, assist in administrative tasks and contribute to a positive work environment
What you’ll need to be considered
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with exceptional attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal communication skills
- Superior standard of interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to talk and relate to clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Commitment to the MPFS team
- Flexible and willing to assist others
- Proactive approach and initiative – must be a self-starter, motivated to complete tasks within deadlines
Education & Experience
- Qualifications in business or an accounting related discipline and/or demonstrated experience in an accounts payable role
