As an Accounts Officer/Manager your responsibilities include:

• Maintaining key accounting ledgers by recording daily incoming and outgoing transactions, posting to various general ledgers, balancing accounts, creating payments, and handling daily banking activities.
• Conducting monthly reconciliations of reports and communicating with store administrators.
• Demonstrating strong time management, organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and teamwork.

Requirements:

• Proficient in basic accounting procedures and principles.
• Must be experienced with MYOB.
• Skilled in accounting software usage and administration.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong numerical and quantitative skills.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience.
• Understanding of accounting and reporting standards.
• Retail experience is advantageous.
