A leading international resources industry player born in WA over 40 years ago and listed on the ASX. Seeking an experienced, self starting Accounts Payable Administrator to join the Perth head office supporting existing finance team based in Queensland.
Role:
Accounts Payable AdministratorHours: Full time, Mon - Fri - 8.30am - 5.00pm (some flex)
Working from Home: up to two days per week after induction period
Salary: $65 - $70k plus super
Duties:
- Enter tax invoices accurately into JDE for three-way matching.
- Assist users with site queues and address vendor inquiries promptly.
- Scan and email vendor invoices for processing.
- Reconcile vendor accounts and generate payment files.
- Support month-end close for Accounts Payable and collaborate with the finance team.
- Utilise accounting software and ERP systems, generating required reports.
- Proven and up-to-date experience in Accounts Payable.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Team player with a friendly and professional manner.
