The Opportunity

Due to an internal promotion, this role is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and motivated Accounts Payable professional to join our friendly team.  Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Accounts Payable Officer will be responsible for:   

• Efficient and timely processing of supplier invoices
• Processing of company credit card transactions
• Maintenance of creditors ledger
• Accurately set-up, record and maintain supplier details into CRM
• Maintain and audit of company asset register
• Preparation of creditor payments both local and international
• Month end supplier reconciliations to statements
• Ensure monthly deadlines are met

About You

To be considered for this role, we are looking for a person who is an enthusiastic self-starting team player 

A high attention to detail, exceptional computer and communication skills combined with previous ACCOUNTS PAYABLE experience in a fast-paced environment is desirable.  We will also consider applicants who may be aspiring to work in the Accounts Payable field.
