UBS has a rare opportunity for a dynamic Accounts Payable Officer with a 'çan do attitude' to join the Finance team at Carrum DownsRole Responsibilities Review trade and supplier invoices to ensure accuracy of rates, charges and ATO compliance Data processing of trade and supplier invoices in high volume environment Processing payment runs Reconciling supplier monthly statements Maintain supplier relations, and managing payment queries efficiently Attitude, Skills and Experience Have excellent communication and organisational skills, display enthusiasm, have a hard-working can-do attitude, with a willingness to learn and go the extra mile Be a team player with high attention to detail Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Accounts Payable role Competency in Microsoft Office software programs
