THE OPPORTUNITY
An exciting opportunity has become available for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Officer to join us on a fixed-term basis. Based at Bayswater, you will be working on invoices and creditors’ reconciliations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Retrieve daily invoices and process invoices in a timely manner
- Complete monthly reconciliation of Suppliers statements
- Analyse processed invoices through an automated system
- Identify, investigate and resolve invoice errors proactively
- Maintain great working relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Raise Accounts Payable Adjustments when necessary
- Other duties as required
