As the Accounts Payable Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Completing the daily, weekly and monthly Accounts Payable transactions
- Process internal expense reimbursements
- Assist in General Ledger reconciliations
- Analyse and reconcile creditor accounts
- Maintain all Accounts Payable files
- Prepare a list of EFT payments and present to the Financial Controller for review
- Process weekly, monthly and ad-hoc payment runs and upload payments
- Reconcile creditor statements, including chasing up any missing invoices
- Filing of creditor paperwork
- Attend to Accounts Payable queries
- General administration/activities relating to Finance
To be successful in the role, you will have:
- 4-5 years Accounts Payable experience working for a commercial company
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- Oracle 12.2 experience is a definite advantage
- Current Drivers licence
