Accounts Payable Officer

About the role:

We are currently looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our Toowoomba team in a fulltime capacity. This is an exciting position working alongside our high performing accounts team.

In this role, you will be a key part of the team, utilising your skills and abilities in performing duties such as:

• Matching, batching, and coding invoices
• Providing customer service to internal and external stakeholders
• Reconciliation of monthly statements
• Processing payments and archiving of documents.

Your ability to prioritise your workload and eagerness to support the team will assist you in ensuring any early payments are processed within required times, ensuring internal registers are updated and current as well as completing any ad hoc duties as required.

About you:

Your excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, paired with your passion for teamwork and collaboration will see you succeed in this role.

As well as this, you will have:

• Proven experience in a similar Accounts Payable position.
• Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to interact efficiently and effectively with all points of contact.
• An eye for detail and a meticulous approach to your work.
