The Opportunity:

This permanent full-time role is based at Essendon Fields, Victoria, with flexible work arrangements.

Reporting to the AP/AR Reporting & Analytics Manager and working within the Shared Services team, you will be in charge of the following tasks on a day-to-day basis.

• Scheduling of supplier payments both domestic and Foreign.
• Daily bank reconciliation and bank clearing.
• Payment forecast.
• Supplier credit card payments and queries.
• Liaise with Treasury on cash forecasts.
• Refund/Rebate payments.
• Payroll clearings.
• Investigate and resolve failed uploads and failed payments.
• Reconciliations of the supplier finance payments.
• Other Ad hoc duties as required.

What you will bring to the team:

• Experience working in a fast-paced shared services team.
• Intermediate to advance MS Excel skills.
• The ability to think and work outside the box.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build meaningful relationships with all stakeholders.
• Be a highly motivated, driven and organised individual who master’s the art of prioritising.
• SAP experience will be beneficial.
