Accounts Payable Officer (Wfh/Hybrid Flexible Hours)

Opportunity

RSA Contractors Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our growing team for an immediate start (ull-time, flexible or part-time work arrangements will be considered for the right candidate). As either a Work-From-Home or Hybrid arrangement, some office attendance will be required so the successful candidate must be based in Brisbane (office located in Stones Corner 4120).

Your duties will include:

• Checking accuracy and processing of invoices
• Completing purchase requisitions and matching invoices
• Conduct bank account, supplier and credit card reconciliations
• Liaise with staff and suppliers to ensure accurate payments
• Assist with month-end processes, procedures and reporting
• Maintain data integrity of the accounting system

Qualifications & Experience

• Essential: Proven experience in a similar role (within the civil construction industry or similar is advantageous)
• Essential: Proficient in Xero and Microsoft Suite
• Advantageous: Experience in the construction or similar industry
• Strong Communication Skills
• Efficient planning and organisational skills
