We are a small family owned and operated business based on the Sunshine Coast and are currently looking for a
Admin / Accounts data entry assistant. The position is Full Time with 4 weeks anual leave and sick leave plus Super.
Your duties will include
Daily processing of Proof of deliveries.
Data entry of jobs into invoice system (Xero)
Keeping records of time sheets.
Processing pallet transfer dockets
Complete consignment/delivery dockets
Applicants must have
Experience in an admin role
Experience in Xero software highly advantageous
Own Transport
Keen sense of attention to detail
Able to work 40 - 42 hours a week Mon - Fri 8:30am to 5pm
