You will need to be a confident individual that has had previous administration experience with the ability to work independently and multi task, however you will also be a team player and fit in with the existing admin team.
You will assist with a wide range of admin tasks including covering reception when required, liaising with clients with queries whether on the telephone, via email or in person.
Downloading reports from ATO portal, calling the ATO for assistance with client matters, updating client information in various databases, lodging tax returns, issuing client invoices and generally assisting the accountants & partners within the practice as required with all admin needs.
In addition to the above you will be required to assist with scanning of documents, filing, handling daily mail, ordering office supplies & maintaining the practice database.
Preferably you will of had prior work experience within an accountancy practice or a similar environment and ideally have some knowledge of different tax structures.
Previous experience of CAS360 software to assist with company secretarial matters would be favourable or you must be willing to be trained in this area
In addition you must have excellent computer skills and have recent experience of MS Office 365.
Hours are 9am to 5pm Monday through to Friday
