- Available for full time hours
- Excellent display of customer service
- Excellent presentation and telephone manner
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Intermediate computer skills
- Can follow directions, written and verbal, without deviating
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Previous experience in order entry and invoicing would be advantageous
