Due to a change of circumstances for one of our valued staff, we are now looking for an Administration Assistant to join our Narrogin office.
This is a full time position that includes training and development as required.
Salary negotiable, and terms and conditions as per the Legal Services award.
Key Responsibilities & Duties include:
- Managing reception area
- Answering telephone
- Typing of correspondence and draft documents
- Document filing, printing and binding
- Opening and Closing files
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Managing emails and office calendar
- Banking as required
- Other administrative duties as required
We will require a person who can maintain the strictest confidence, is well organised and has a willingness to learn, is accurate on the keyboard, confident amongst all people, has good literacy and communication skills, knowledge of Microsoft products (Outlook, Word and Excel) and aspires to excellence.
