Work with a leading not-for-profit organisation as an Administration Assistant. This is an initial 2 month assignment with potential to extend. This role is offering an immediate start for the right candidate and is located in Box Hill 3128.
The Role:
- Be the first point of contact for customers
- Booking meetings, responding to emails and answering phone calls
- Maintaining the front office
- General adhoc duties
To be successful in this position, you will have:
- Previous experience in a reception/administration role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- A valid Working With Children's Check (WWCC) is required
- Have a valid police check or be willing to obtain one
- MS Office competency
