About the Role
Team Global Express is currently seeking a lively, friendly, and driven individual eager to join our Administration Team on a Permanent Basis at our Karawatha Location on Brisbane's Southside. This role offers you the opportunity to join a vibrant team and provide administrative support to our Operations staff on a daily basis to meet our operational and compliance needs.
Key Responsibilities and Job Requirements
- This is a Full time, Permanent role where you will work 7.6 hours x 5 days a week (AM Starts)
- Provide general administration, data entry and office support to the wider team where required
- Scan and file office work and documentation, and be able to handle sensitive information in a responsible and compliant manner
- Utilise our systems to complete administration and data entry tasks
- Process core operational data entry (connotes) correctly into our system each day
- Prioritise your work effectively and efficiently throughout the day and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Maintain staff, training and compliance databases where required
- Manage spreadsheet trackers, reports and other compliance documents in order to cleanse, update and maintain them on a regular basis
- Precise data entry skills and excellent attention to detail are a must to be successful in this role
- Previous experience in transport and logistics is preferred but not mandatory. Full scope training and support will be provided to the successful applicant.
