The ROLE: Administration Assistant
We are looking for a superstar Administration Assistant who is pumped to be the glue for our growing Gild Business Management and Tax team, support our vibrant Practice and Operations Managers and jump straight into supporting our amazing clients, always with a big smile.

About YOU:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Strong business acumen with problem solving creativity
- Highly organized with the ability to work under pressure
- Self motivated with a desire to learn
- Strong relationship building skills
- Very good communication skills
- Tech savvy and able to adapt to new systems
- Good attention to detail
The GIG:
As the Administration Assistant, you will be working hand in hand with the Practice and Operations Manager across all client books to ensure our clients have the best customer experience possible.
This will include:
Office Management
- Answering all incoming phone calls.
- Provide administrative support to the leadership team
- Managing any office maintenance and ensuring office supplies are stocked.
- Organising Team functions and events
Practice & Client Management
- Demonstrate active role in the smooth operations of the Sunshine Coast office and engaging with other state office administrative staff when applicable.
- Mail management (both physical and online via ATOmate & TAP).
- Client lead management eg. adding leads into system and working with Business Development Manager to manage all leads.
- Management of Tax Agent Portal and any related tasks eg. adding clients, removing clients, lodgement reports, extension requests, payment plans etc.
- ASIC
- Billing and AR/Debtor management
- Electronic signing and document packs
- Administrative duties as required.

Location:
The primary location for this role is in Sunshine Coast, QLD. Work from home flexibility is also supported.
Our offices are based in Melbourne (TGG Headquarters), Burleigh Heads, Sydney, Sunshine Coast, Townsville, Brisbane, Philippines and India.
