We are seeking a dedicated and highly motivated individual to join our team in a permanent Part-Time role of approximately 15-20 hrs per week with the possibility of increasing to a full time role.
Your responsibilities will include, and not be limited to:
- Incoming phone calls
- Booking in jobs
- Liaising with customers over the phone
- Data entry
- Responding to emails
- General office duties
The successful applicant will possess:
- A positive 'can do' attitude
- Great communication skills (both written and verbal) with a friendly phone manner
- Great computer skills
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- Ability to handle pressure
- Previous administration/office experience
