Wymap People are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Administration Assistant to support a fast-paced Talent Acquisition Team based in Brighton Le Sands. Working for a global giant this role will be exciting, fast moving and a great opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the freight forwarding industry!
Working within the Talent Acquisition Team the role will encompass the following responsibilities:
- Data entry within their Human Resource Management System (HRMS).
- Support the team with phone screening applicants and short-listing resumes.
- Liasing with Supervisors and Management to organise interviews.
- Interviewing candidates (in person or via video calls.)
- Building strong candidate relationships and talent pools.
- Review and coordinate a high volume of CVs and job applications to identify potential candidates.
About you:
- Previous administration history.
- Exceptional PC skills.
- Highly motivated and someone who thrives in a fast-paced team environment.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- An ability to work autonomously and be self-motivated.
- Positive attitude with a thirst for continuous learning and development.
- Familiarity with recruitment best practises and industry trends (desirable).
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
