Administration Assistant

Administration Assistant We are looking for an experienced administrator located to join the growing Chandler Macleod team! Position Overview:In this role, you will be responsible for the seamless management of basic administrative duties, ensuring the effective and efficient operation of our recruitment processes. Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and document management.

Provide support to on-site teams and management as required. Basic recruitment duties, onboarding etc. Booking accommodation, Coal Board Medicals and Standard 11's.

Adhere to all safety and operational guidelines. Collaborating with the recruitment team to fulfill hiring requirements for clients.  The ideal candidate will have:Rostering and/or Recruitment experience highly regardedExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively. Strong organisational and multitasking skillsProficiency using MS Office SuiteThis role is a Monday - Friday with flexible work arrangements (Site/Office/Work from home).  In return, we offer:Opportunity for career growth and professional development.
