About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administration Assistant to assist our domestic team. You will be responsible for ensuring documentation relating to the order to cash processes are met and customer sales plans are achieved. You will work closely with the National Sales and Category Manager providing professional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Action any order changes - via shed request in MS Teams (actioned in Fresh Sales).
- Accountable for all customer PO management.
- All order updates to be emailed to relevant customer buyers.
- Responsible for relevant reporting sent to sites; Sending updated reports to pre-packers daily or when required.
- Maintain pre-packer spreadsheets and revision.
- Updating customer portal (WOW) with relevant information.
- Uploading new order entries - Thursday
- Perform all rework - (before sending tax invoices for every dispatch).
- Uploading shipping documents (as needed) from relevant portals.
- Processing rejections in rework and/or seeing sale through to end invoice.
- Tax invoices sent before end of each day of arrival by 1pm (select invoiced status).
- Manage manual product submissions for 3rd party produce.
- Assist supermarket claims investigations – along with POD follow up.
- Assist supermarket debtors/rebate, reporting.
- General Administrative Support to National Sales & Category Manager.
- Providing professional and courteous customer service to clients and internal stakeholders.
Key qualifications and Experience:
- Process driven with high attention to detail.
- Demonstrate a customer centric focus.
- Disciplined, organized and able to work autonomously and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent time management with the ability to prioritize key tasks.
- Ability to demonstrate creative thinking and problem solving.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Knowledge and proficient usage of Microsoft Office and Radfords solutions.
