We have a full time role for an Administration Assistant available at our accounting office based in Nambour.
The role covers:
- liaising with the ATO
- raising invoices and assisting with collating tax returns
- resolving client queries
- back up to reception, answering phones and greeting clients
- handling various IT issues in collaboration with our external IT team
- Assisting at times with various ASIC duties
Experience in a previous administration role essential preferably in an accounting firm.
A good eye for detail and accuracy is required. Effective communication and organisational skills are also essential.
The ideal candidate will work well under pressure.
Renumeration commensurate with experience.
