h&h Training College is looking for an Administration Assistant to cover for a maternity position for 4 months (with the potential to extend).
This role will support our students in our training college. We are a growing organisation, looking for the right person to fit into our team. This is a busy role, ready for someone to take the challenge.
Administration Responsibilities Include:
- Enrol students
- Follow up enrolment paperwork
- Support trainers and assessors with student queries
- Phoning / emailing students according to procedures
- Investigate and resolve student / employer queries
- Developing training plans, overseeing adjustments/modifications
- Completing weekly student reports
- Data entry of client and course details into student data base
- Contact current students
- Answering phones (relief for front reception)
- Checking / auditing enrolments upon completion of enrolment
- Checking / auditing student files
- Assisting with first aid bookings
- Assisting students with working with children checks and National Criminal checks
Skills and Experience
The successful applicant will have the following attributes:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Confident and positive phone manner
- Experience with MS Office suite
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- An eye for detail
- Strong organisational and administration skills
- Ability to build relationships and rapport quickly
- National Criminal History Check
