Administration Assistant

Where you will be working…This is an exciting opportunity to join a shopping centre group with a portfolio across Brisbane. Based in their Strathpine office, you will be helping out with all things admin! 

What you will be doing… Building rapport and supporting the team & external tenants on all administration tasks ! Working hours are 8:30am- 5pm.

This diverse role includes tasks such as:

• Warmly greeting all clients in a professional and enthusiastic manner while building exceptional relationships with internal and external stakeholder. 
• Maintain databases and systems to ensure all procedures are followed and updated accurately. 
• Liaising with tenants, collecting sales and proactive upkeep of office stationary. 
• Ad Hoc Administration duties such as filling, data entry, scanning and so much more!
