What you will be doing… Building rapport and supporting the team & external tenants on all administration tasks ! Working hours are 8:30am- 5pm.
This diverse role includes tasks such as:
- Warmly greeting all clients in a professional and enthusiastic manner while building exceptional relationships with internal and external stakeholder.
- Maintain databases and systems to ensure all procedures are followed and updated accurately.
- Liaising with tenants, collecting sales and proactive upkeep of office stationary.
- Ad Hoc Administration duties such as filling, data entry, scanning and so much more!
