Administration Assistant / PA to theHead of Junior School Commencing Term 2, 2024 Part-time, on-going 20 hours per week (Monday to Friday, term time only) The Geelong College is seeking to employ an experienced, friendly and efficient Administration Assistant to provide administrative, secreterial and organisational support to the Head of Junior School and Senior Staff to enable them to carry out their responsibilities and duties effectively and efficiently.  Qualifications and Experience: Certificate 4 in Business Administration and/or a combination of relevant administrative experience and/or education/training Efficient computer skills, including high level keyboard skills, experience with Microsoft packages, email and the internet.  Knowlege of platforms such as Synergetic and SEQTA First Aid Certificates including HTLAID 009 & HLTAID 011, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications  Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) (employee status) or ability to obtain To apply, please submit your application online.
