About this Opportunity
AVK Wang is currently seeking an Administration Assistant to join their team on a permanent full-time basis. Based in Wangaratta, Victoria, this role would suit someone who has strong administration skills and an interest in working in the area of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment.
Supporting the Group QHSE Manager, this role will be responsible for the coordination of site safety and quality registers, internal audits, the booking of site training, record keeping and other administration tasks in the QHSE team.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have the following experience and skills:
- An interest and/or willingness to undertake training in QHSE
- Demonstrated organisational skills, with the ability to work proactively and independently to coordinate multiple deliverables and demands
- The capacity to manage several tasks or requests simultaneously
- Display professionalism and a positive attitude
- Sound computer skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Salary for this role will be negotiated in line with skills and experience.
