The Administration Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the National Site Manager with administrative tasks and coordinating activities with property owners on whose properties we have our telecommunications infrastructure located on.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare licence, lease, and other documentation to provide to property owners
- Assist in the finalisation of site licences and agreements with property owners so that Swoop may install its infrastructure on those sites
- Provide general administrative support, including conducting title searches, record keeping (paper and electronic records), mailing and invoice management
- Support the National Site Manager in project management and coordination tasks
- Manage requests and feedback from property owners quickly and professionally
Your experience and qualifications
- Experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
Satisfactory police checks, reference checks and working rights are a requirement of the role.
